I was so regret that i didn't buy it when i first saw it in Clarke Quey shopping mall...so i went to many shopping complex to look for this type of ballet shoes (BLACK + simple + comfy) where i can wear it to work...unfortunately...i can't find one =(


finally...weechea got it for me from Singapore *yeah*...hmmm....i hope he got the right size man...

Boredom

soOOooo BORED to stay home everyday !!! haih..

at least mum is on leave tmr..so can bring me go gai gai =)

BUT...i'm having an appoinment with dentist tmr to have dental checkup...hopefully he won't cabut my wisdom tooth la... *pray hard*

Singapore Trip

Singapore Trip (23-27 dec 2008)

Day 1

I arrive in S'pore early in the morning at 5.40am in the morning..so i called yan to wake her up and to remind her to pick me up at boon lay...so paiseh to wake her up early in the morning =p

It was still very early so i don't expect there will be lots of people in the MRT...who knows...when i reach Tanah Merah interchange...i got a shock man...there was so crowded in the MRT...so i have to stand all the way (with all my luggages) to Boon Lay station ..which is the last stop !! *wth*

I met yan and pc in boon lay bus station and we had breakfast in some coffee shop nearby....

later on, we head back to ntu hostel and i rest till yan finished her meeting...then only we head to some shopping mall (which i've forgotten the name of the mall d)... pc didn't tag along coz he say yan and i would def have lots of things to share and talk about..so he doesn't want to be kaypo...hehe...

Day 2

done some shopping in Suntech city with yan and pc..and weechea came over to Suntech to meet us....





kah hin suppose to meet us at 8pm in Orchard to see the chirstmas lighting and countdown..but his bus delayed due to the jam...so we had to wait for him in Orchard...Unfortunately, most of the shops closed early and we do not know what how to spend our time while waiting for kh's arrival...except to have dinner in one of the Jap restaurant in Taka..


Time seems to pass really SLOW...there's still 1-2 hours before kah hin could arrive...so we thought of waling around Orchard to see the christmas deco..but it's really crowded..and it was drizzling at that time...so end up everyone doesn't have the mood to countdown anymore...(maybe this shows that we are getting older and no longer suitable for those stuff anymore =p

so, we changed our plan -meet ww and kh in boon lay station...

we are too tired till we've fogotten bout countdown thingy...it was alrdy 1 min pass 12..so we pretended to countdown in MRT when we realised that 12 has passed....

haih...what a memorable christmas eve !!



Day 3

Day 4

Sentosa day *yahoo*

There were so many people going to Sentosa sampai all the ticket machine run out of ticket...so we have to wait for the person in charge to insert new tickets in the machine...sigh...

basically we just spent the whole day in Sentosa and Vivo..(paiseh..so lazy to write d la ) let the photos do the talking...LOLz

Breakfast at Zum

met up with June on the lovely saturday morning...though need to wake up early at 8.30am to get ready myself....it's quite relaxing to meet up with buddy once in a while ...

Today's weather is really really nice...not too hot, and yet not too cold =p

we meet up at the bus stop in front of Touch of Asia and walk all the way to Salamanca...then had breakfast in Zum...

Then...went to chickenfeed...gosh....i can't believe that i could shop in chickenfeed for 1 hour !!! I think i have nothing better to do...wakaka

Last night...work from 6.30-10.45pm...when i reached home was about 11.30pm...then had my late dinner and shower....by the time i went to bed was already 1.30am...soOOOooo tired !!!

Good news: i get to work Tues - Friday next week *yahoo* can earn more money to buy stuff that i need for my new house, save some money to spend in singapore and also to get a car (i hope my parent will allow me to get one next year)

♥ After finals

It has been really long time since i last updated my blog...paiseh...being MIA for quite some time...At first was quite busy preparing for my finals...then after finals...busy packing and moving my stuff...then later on...worry over my results...then after result released...just being lazy to on9 =p

Oh ya, not to forget to mention...i have already passed all my 3rd year subjects *yeah*...so i have to make sure i will start to do some revision first (since i have so much free time)...so that i don't have to suffer that much in 4th year...

[p/s: i'm not trying to be kiasu...just that whatever i learnt in 3rd year will be cover in 4th year...so i have make sure that i know my stuff well]

Olina invited us (yik, wc, jeni and i) for a meal as she will be going back korea for summer holiday on the next day. So, yik came up with the idea of going to Prince of Wales for lunch..too bad...jeni couldn't tag along as she has some stuff to do...

Though it was just a very simple meet up, i did enjoy myself with the nice food, environment and friends around...

Lastly, wish Olina will have a safe trip back to korea and have a nice holidayz =)

just got back from work not long ago...though not very busy in the restaurant..i just feel so tired *sigh* (maybe that's the sign of getting old d)

oh ya..today is the last day of my 9-day vegetarian meals thingy...so the chef, ming ge, cooked some special chicken dish for me for dinner....and i also get to eat a mini egg tart....it tastes so nice..but its too small d...and i only get one to eat...i feel like asking for a 2nd one...but shy shy la...(haha...)

at last..i get to drink my coffee (yeah !!) i have been craving for coffee and ice-cream for so many days alrdy !!! *grhh*
ok..its coffee time now...chaoz

though it took me few weeks to finish this 400+ pages book...but i consider myself as very 'geng' d..

coz as what i can recall...i never finish reading any novel or story book or any reading material that you can metion..except Julia (our F5 malay novel)...haha...

SO..i'm so proud of myself right now...at last...i managed to complete reading at least 2 books in my entire life...wakaka

I lie !! yes i DID...after completed Grey's season 1..i was suppose to continue my studies...but in fact i started on season 2 yesterday night till 3am...and surprisingly i could wake up at 10 in the morning (thanks to my classmate who called me to ask a favour from me)...ish !!

Later on, i went to inspect a house at French St (coz i'm looking for a house to move out next year)...i got cheated from the photos on realestate website...that unit is quite old and yet they are renting it for $A 400 per week...argh...why are the houses in tassie so expensive?? hopefully i'll get a NICE and presentable place to stay before i move out from uni apartment ^^

By the way, fyi tmr is the first day of daylight saving...which means Aust will be 3 hours ahead of m'sia time...and i will lost ONE hour tonight due to time change *sob sob*

i still have less than a month time to my finals...and i thought i will concentrate better after i stopped watching all the tvb series...but who knows...i'm addicted to Grey's now... *sigh*

哈哈, 这是我第一篇以中文来写的部落格...好久没写中文了...好辛苦O ^^

今年的中秋还蛮多月饼吃的 - 打工(Ming Court)老板送了我一个双黄莲蓉 、朋友送了一个单黄的...还有还有.. 我的aprtmentmate 还烘了一些月饼...今年的中秋还过得真不错 =)

昨晚, 我们六个人一边谈天,一边吃着月饼,还一边喝着草莓口味的水果茶...这俩的搭配还蛮赞的呢!

Chicken Rice

I found this "lazy chicken rice" recipe from one of the blog when i was searching for something that i can make for this coming Wed night pot luck...

It's pretty easy to make and it taste yummy as well =)

In order to make it more like "real" chicken rice..i borrowed a blender from my ex-housemate to make the "chicken rice chilli" as well..hehe..

I miss Penang food so much...

Peppermint Bay Cruise

Last year when Terrence came down to tassie, he went for this pappermint bay cruise with his uncle and apparently he told me that the cruise was not bad. Since eric got a STA voucher, so the four of us (wee chea, eric, cheryl and i) went for cruise. Each person still have to pay $50 after discount *sob sob*

Debbie was kind enough to drove us to the Hobart Cruise Centre. We depart at 11.15am and came back around 4.30pm. The scenery was really nice throughout the trip so we really enjoyed ourselves (but weechea didn't like it that much coz he don't really like sight seeing =p)

Not to forget to mention..i puke when the cruise stop by at peppermint bay..poor me ran all the way to the toilet as soon as i realise that the 'feeling" of puking is coming...luckily i feel much better after i vomitted some bread+nutella out..hahaha

For lunch, we had a platter which includes...

1. smoked atlantic salmon 2. smoked Tasmanian ham
3. creamy chicken liver parfait with junipe
4. bacon
5. plump pacific oyster
6. potato salad
7. tomato chutney
8. desert
[ P/S: I don't know how to appreciate the typical tasmanian food...i rather they serve me fish+chip =p ]
